Alo Yoga is an athletic/athleisure brand with a cult following. You’ve seen influencers wearing airbrushed leggings, tennis skirts, sherpa bombers, and jackets. I am personally a fan. I especially like the comfort of those bike shorts. However, Aro’s items, such as the popular streamlined bra tank, tend to sell out quickly. As such, many of his TikTokers have been duped to get the same look, often with affordable ones as well.
TikTok creator @ashlynbn recently posted a lookalike of Alo’s popular black and white tank. Literally half the price. According to Ashlyn’s post on Amazon’s Move With You Sleeveless Spaghetti Strap Padded Sports Bra, his tank has the same white piping around the bust and straps. It just has a small logo on the back. Additionally, the Move With You tank has adjustable straps and a built-in bra, comes in several different colors, and is still available in many sizes.

Additionally, more TikTokers noticed that Gilly Hicks (a member of the Abercrombie & Fitch brand family) also sells similar tank tops. Creator @jill.baltazar shared a video of herself trying on a Gilly Hicks Energize Tip Tank and a matching skort. Both currently retail for under $30 and we still have plenty of sizes in stock.

Whether it’s Chanel butterfly sunglasses or Charlotte Tilbury blushes, the dupe culture of finding coveted, similar items for less is a hit on TikTok. People are always looking for ways to save money. However, it doesn’t appear to be slowing down, as many products have also proven to be inspired by (or outright ripoffs) something else.
