According to sources, Tendulkar divides his meal plan into 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat.

He refrains from eating foods that stress his digestive system.

For breakfast, I prefer porridge with a glass of milk or tea.

His lunches and dinners usually include moongdalsalad, rice, etc. ghee.

Vada pav and misal pav are Tendulkar’s favorite cheat foods.

Like everyone else, Tendulkar has cheat days and loves to celebrate them with vada pav and misal pav.

In an interview, he said he liked them, “The red Chutneylittle green ChutneySeveral Imli Chutney.”

He also frankly said, “Whether it’s Sunday or Monday, Mithal Pav anytime. “
